It seems as though this company has as many customers as they want. They sure didn't seem like they were interested in earning me as a customer. Kind of rude

Over the past several years, I have had good experience with this company. Have the Kinetico system and works as advertised. Continue to buy filters and salt from them, their prices have been fair.
